Why does it say "Failed to join Art Jam"?

Idk why it happens. Everytime I click [join] it just tells me "Access denied. You don't have sufficient permissions to perform this action." Can anyone help? I did mimic one of my friends with permisson, but they got banned and I got banned too. Can you unban me? Art is something important to me, I would like to be unbanned.

I cant help either, it does it to me. I can only join my art spaces or freinds. I do not know what i did, please, im begging you to unban me. I love connecting with people and sharing my art. im very upset about this.
