Even if I lock the preset, my brushes keep resetting to previous settings, which is very annoying when I'm going out of my way to keep setting the way they are. It's becoming more annoying than a "Ah, my brushes reset. Time to set them again." It's a hinder. Could you please look into this?

I don't actually know if this is a feature or not but the undo and redo buttons suddenly disappears (mobile) I restarted the app and nothing happens.

The ads is too big and it's makes my drawing space small pls make the ads smaller pls 😭

The ads are way too big and it's can't draw comfortably!!! I love this app but the ads are making it hard! Please can you get rid of the ads or fix them.

trying to open any of my artworks prompts a text that says "error occurred" and nothing else. i can't see the canvas or the layers. reloading the site won't work, and it seems to have nothing to do with my account as far as I'm aware. even trying to open them on my phone just results in the same issue. also, some of my artworks are getting duplicated? this is pretty serious for me as I normally magma to draw for my school projects. any help would be appreciated.

I was drawing with my friend and i was foloring my artwork, it was clear i saved it but when i go back and take a look at the morning my coloring layer was gone. Can someone help me?

I finished a drawing on a layer and left it for a moment. When I came back the drawing was completely gone, leaving an empty layer. Can I please have some help recovering the drawing?

ever since the adds have been added the website has been lagging more and the large size of the adds make it hard to draw, please move the adds to the main page instead of the canvasses

On PC. If i click and hold on any layer to move it, when I try to use the scroll wheel to scroll through the layers, nothing happens. It makes moving a layer very tedious.

On PC. Whenever I look at gallery posts, and use the arrows on the side to scroll through them, when I want to press the X to close and go back to the menu, it just goes back to the last gallery post displayed, until it reaches the first one and just refreshes to the first one over and over until page refresh.
