every so often, mostly after maintenance, the admin and approved roles disappear and are reset. it’s kind of troublesome as we have to wait for the jam owner to return, and it messes up a lot of organisation, especially for long term jams. this is likely a bug, but i hope it gets fixed soon !! thank you :)

The ads is too big and it's makes my drawing space small pls make the ads smaller pls 😭

I'm getting pretty big ads on my screen and it's making it difficult to draw and see.. I'm aware someone made a similar complaint, but.. I just had one cover some of the chat as well. I can't draw next to the ads either and I keep clicking on them. I don't have extra money to spend on a subscription to get rid of them either.

Hi, I have a problem with jams. I can t enter ANY Jam and obviously after putting 2+2 together, I d figured it is a ban. But for what? I know new magmas rules and exactly was doing my jams ONLY with a mark 18+(NSFW). I can`t even look is it my ban permanent or provisional.

I made a small error as when I was clicking for the age, please help!

ever since the adds have been added the website has been lagging more and the large size of the adds make it hard to draw, please move the adds to the main page instead of the canvasses

Hey, fishsylv here. I've been banned for 3 months. I was banned and i dont know why. So can i get unbanned? Ive aked before but no one said anything.

almost everytime I open jams my entire computer freezes and I cant even open other tabs or close the magma tab, this makes my computer very laggy and resets any other tabs I have open, its also annoying asf

I open my reference window cuz i wanted to use the colors, so i grab the color and then look to the right at the brushes part and they were gone, i could'nt pick a specific brush i wanted cuz it wasnt there
