Hello, I've noticed that many users have been complaining about being suspended, yet not knowing the reason why. The first post I've seen address this issue goes back to a month ago. I've threaded through the feedback and I do notice that those people are not alone. Is this normal ? May the moderators look into it ? Reminder that I am NOT speaking on my behalf, I know I got IP Banned for doing wrongful actions, and I take responsibility for them. However I've seen friends and magma users who have not violated the TOS in any way getting banned, suspended or even IP banned. Similarly, would it be possible to at the least know why a banned user GETS banned ? I'm aware that the suspended page indicates to contact moderation@magma.com . However they do not respond to emails, and many users are left confused. Out of the feedback tab, I've seen people as far as Instagram complain about being ignored. Why is this ? Why prioritize updates that benefit the website instead of our community when the community is what makes this website alive ? We're really starting to feel unseen and it would profoundly reassure users if they weren't being ignored for such long periods of time. Especially when they are not able to access magma at all, even save their drawings, or have a reason of why. It would be really sweet to look into this issue, thank you.
