I'm using Microsoft Edge, version 149.0.4022.98 and have tested this on a different browser, using Helium, version 0.13.6.1.

I noticed that resize handle that is visible on the About textbox doesn't do anything when you interact with it. But, considering that the resize handle is visible, the expected behaviour from it would be that you can drag it to make the About textbox either bigger or smaller which in this case it doesn't.
