Magma doesent respond to emails or address bans

Hello Magma Team and Moderators,
Please do not ignore the feedback about the suspensions and bans.
I sent my own and read others. I have found these things.
-People have been wrongfully banned and have tried to reach out, and have been ignored
-People who have not violated TOS have been banned or suspended
-Magma does not answer emails.
-They have been ignoring the feedback about the bans
-My theory is that the bans are partially due to an error or bug.
WHEN I GOT SUSPENDED:
I was off tab
I did nothing wrong
I am not underage
I was not under 13 when the account was made
I did not post any illegal or innapropriate content

This problem has been going on with multiple others and is unfair to some of us artists who like to draw and collaborate with friends and others.
I agree that the moderators may want to look into it.
