got suspended on magma for no discernible reason

ive emailed support so many times, so all i can do is wait. im assuming i was mistakenly suspended. as far as im aware, magma doesnt inform you of your violations. but i did nothing wrong in this situation.. ive contacted both moderation@magma.com and hello@magma.com to no avail...

Same for me. I assume that I'm underage, but I'm turning 13 this year... So I wonder what will happen.
(Off topic, but life has been boring for me since I was suspended on two platforms that helps with my boredom, where Magma is one of them. I just want my accounts back...)

I've had a similar experience when I've gotten suspended on my main account. I've contacted the mods, but have gotten no response. So I was like, "Alright, I'll create another alt account". Nope. Got suspended too.. But what's scary is that I've contacted the Pyro Nerd bot and asked how they found out it was me and it replied saying that they can track down your IP Address, browser, etc to find out if this person has violated the Terms of Services before on a different account. I know this probably went above and beyond talking about just the mistaken suspension, but I just wanted to get this info out.
