Cant zoom in or out using my mouse wheel anymore? It just scrolls the canvas up and down instead.

Tried changing mouse settings and the only thing that seems to work is pressing Ctrl or Alt while scrolling to zoom in and out instead. I'm using Opera GX and its up to date.
