On our current session, when we were setting permissions in the admin window - we noticed that "anyone can take over offline users layers" option is constantly reseting to "on" mode. It worries our team deeply because that option was always working and we are assuming that maybe something went wrong with the latests updates [we noticed that issue in the end of the November].
