Anonymous accounts joining my private board

I’ve been having this on going issue for weeks now. I do not give out links to my board to anyone yet multiple anonymous accounts are somehow getting into my canvas both while I’m on and offline. The worst part is that all of the canvases that have been getting into are commissioned works. If they’re not bots, theyre able to steal both my art work and the references I have on my canvas. If they are bots, the moderation is failing us. Either way this has been stressing me out and making drawing on this platform completely impossible. I really don’t want to have to change platforms but this is ridiculous

This has been happening to me for awhile now and it's very concerning. I try to block the users but don't understand where they even come from.

Same it just started happening today as of typing this, this is the second time I’ve seen someone on my art board as I’m offline, an I just got back on to finish some things an they were their 18 minutes or more ago an it’s getting concerning because these are my ideas an if their bots it makes me worry what if my art is gonna get stolen or something while I’m offline, magma isn’t the only drawing website/app I use but I love using it an I don’t wanna have to stop because of poor moderation an bots or people breaking in to our PRIVATE boards.

Same is happening to me aswell! I have no extensions or haven’t been in any suspicious websites..idk what could be the main cause of this.

this recently happened to me too on a single canvas. the canvas was a commission as well

WOAH I just checked my most recent canvas and it happened to me too?? That's really weird, but I do wonder if it's some sort of testing happening on Magma's end? Hopefully they get this sorted out.

if your not logged in you can try random combinations of letters/numbers in the links
example: "https: // magma.com / d / [random combinations]"

10 different canvases in total have been visited without me sharing the link. Each one of them are commissions.

Leemon_: We did an investigation and some of those anonymous accounts show as being "PMService". A quick investigation shows:
PMService.exe = PremierOpinion by VoiceFive, Inc.
- Classified as adware that collects personally identifiable information
- Detection rate: 11% on VirusTotal (5/46 engines flag it)
- Known aliases: Adware.PremierOpinion.C, ADW_RELEKNOW, PUP.PremierOpinion
What PremierOpinion does:
- Tracks browsing behavior and collects user data
- Often bundled with free software installers
- Runs as a background service (hence "PMService")
