a bug where black boxes appear and disappear when i zoom in and out been making drawing impossible for me please fix this problem asap and im not the only one who has been reporting this please

I'm using a chromebook model dell P29T
and my friend reported the same thing
and the chromebook model is P29T but 2 in 1
The chrome version of mine is 147.0.7727.115

I assume this is on a Chromebook? Can you give the exact model number so that we can check out the specs please?
