Basically transfer the ownership of the drawing lobby. Apparently only the owner can duplicate the drawing, so there should be a feature that allows others to do so as well, or the ability to give ownership.

i am new soo i dont know everything but i cant find a way to change the drawing owner i wanna change who owns my one drawing.

Hey i do be drawin'

if the drawing is inside an artspace, the admin of an artspace can decide which users can duplicate images
if the drawing is outside of artspace, only owner can duplicate, but you could export it as PSD and then re-import this file to your account

That said, I think we could make it easier by adding "Duplicate" option for visited drawings.
