I like this idea like they cant join any art spaces your in or anything like that and like if you get a certain amount your account is suspended from communication for a certain period of time

We've mentioned in our code of conduct over on Discord that we cannot be responsible for each person's canvas and moderate user behaviour. It is up to the canvas admins to kick and block troublesome users. You can do this by clicking on their avatar and selecting the appropriate action.

When you are in the canvas, you can kick and ban troublesome users by left-clicking on their avatar on the top right and selecting the option.
