I thought it would be cool if you add this filter, I don't want my art to be stolen from others just so my watermark isn't removed FOR reason (I hate art stealer so much...). I need this filter like ibis paint, so please add this stuff, I really demand it! If you see this, I would be very happy about it :]]

Noise makes a drawing look better or worse, but it is an addition and some artists like adding noise to their designs/drawings to give it extra detail!
