Add a language option to art jams, which could perhaps default to a per-user settings (i.e, if the user's interface language it English, it will default to English but can be set separately in the user's settings).

With this, there could be a language filter when searching art jams. By default it would show all art jams of all languages, but you can click and select which languages you want to be shown.

Reason: I have been seeing a lot of art jams of languages I do not understand (I only speak English and Portuguese), which is perfectly fine but it's kinda wasted space on my screen since I can't know what the theme of the art jam is and I won't be able to talk with most people in the art jam. So a language filter would be useful.
