like those static-ie filters people use for old televisions or when a charcater-scene is glitching out in animated things

You know how in some portrations of glitching, random lines in the sprite suddenly dislodge left and right randomly? It'd be cool if we had that!

It'd also be really cool if we had a line tool, aswell as a tinting tool so we can add tints to make things look transparent, or look like they have an aura of some sort

I also like to ask fo a recuion/fraction effect of some sort, if possible

It would have a RGB color move effect, and also move rectangular sections horizontally, you can choose how many sections, how much it moves, and the color shift intensity

A glitch filter would be cool!

A filter that adds chromatic aberration to the selected layer, should have an option to change the strength, distance and colors of the chromatic aberration
