make pms so we can communicate outside of jams and/or between jams

maybe like being able to private chat more than one person

you can make groups to talk to artists as well as talk one on one if you don't have a way to communicate. also, profiles to see if someone is online.

I know there is a chat when DRAWING, but I would like to be a chat where it's outside of the drawing area, for example on of my partners are working on another drawing while I am working on something else, instead of having to get out the drawing just to send me a message on what i'm working on, there is a chat on the side that would send the other person the message without getting out of the drawing area.

I believe we could introduce a feature that allows users to communicate directly with one another through a messaging system, even outside of live art jam sessions. This way, if you’ve connected with fellow artists during a live event and are interested in collaborating, you could utilize a dedicated DM box on Magma to reach out to them. This would foster connections and facilitate conversations between users, enhancing the collaborative spirit within our community.

So like, you can DM ppl who follow you, but only if you follow them back, and blocking would be good too

We should have the ability to privately DM one another to like collab or to exchange art

I just feel like everything would be better if we could send DMs to eachother

so I can ask friends if they want to draw without annoying them by inviting them 10k times, and so I can ask for collabs.
