YES. I mainly use IbisPaintX so i am very used to having layer folders because of how much they aid in organization. not to mention they make moving and resize 1,000,000x easier

YES, it's needed! I can't live without them, it helps with organizing my infinite number of layer and to apply effects to a bunch of them all at the same time
